Sarah is a qualified Yoga teacher and has taught to a wide range of groups and can tailor Yoga for a broad range of participants. From trauma aware Yoga to Vinyasa Flow classes, Sarah will teach a session right for you or your group. Pre and Post natal Yoga is also on offer.
